It will also adhere to most commercial roofs such as asphalt, bit modified, EPMD, TPO, PVC, Fiberglass, and Metal. You can even apply it to non-traditional roofs including, RV’s, Boats, Modular or Mobile Homes, Buses, Horse/Carrier Trailers, Campers, Sheds, Barns, Patios, Greenhouses, Shipping Containers, Tractors, or whatever other roofs you can think of. If you are unsure, send us an email with a picture and description. We will get right back to you. FYI, our products will not adhere properly to any loose gravel surfaces, gravel must be removed.

No, you do not. You can simply use a garden hose to rinse off the roof surface. For stubborn dirt or stains, you can use a stiff brush before rinsing if you do not have a pressure washer and the results will still be the same.

Our product is 100% commercial grade and American made Silicone. The box retail stores do not sell the same quality, pureness, and great adhesion capability as their commercial-grade counterparts. These commercial products are usually only sold to roofing contractors, directly from wholesalers and/or authorized contractor supply stores. Yes & No. The products supplied in your kit are highly adhesive and will work with practically every roof surface regardless of prep work. By skipping any of our steps or products, the Silicone Roof Restoration System will still do its job because it includes such great products. But, if you are looking for the best results with regards to both aesthetics and duration, as well as validating your lifetime warranty, we suggest you do your best to follow our suggested application guidelines.

Yes, our silicone products are UV stable and do not crack, chalk, or wash away like other retail silicone and acrylic coatings. That is why we are able to offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty for our silicone products. Bring on that summer heat and the ice and snow of your worst winters for that matter! Nothing will stop our restoration kit!

Yes, our 100% commercial grade silicone products can handle years of roof ponding water. If you have a roof that ponds water it is suggested you go with a slightly thicker application for longer lasting success. Again, you don’t have to, but it is recommended for optimal results.

Our products must be applied to a dry surface and NOT during actual rainfall. But keep in mind, our products are cured and ready for rain or ponding within just 15 minutes of completed applications.

Silicone roof systems require moisture in the air to cure, however, once cured it performs fine for these regions. If you live in an area that is arid or dry you may want to try using an acrylic roofing kit system instead. Contact us directly so we can assist you further if you fall into this category.

Our product can survive in a broad spectrum of climates from -40* F to 200* F. During application it is important to only apply when 32* F or above in order for the product to cure as quickly as we guaranteed.

It doesn’t have to be, but highly recommend it does. Simply use our Eco Roof Cleaner (included in your kit!) Follow the directions to ensure your roof is clean. If possible, make sure there is no residue from the Eco Cleaner. Rinse thoroughly until no residue, mildew, or dirt is seen. Let your roof dry thoroughly before applying the coatings.

No, literally nothing sticks to silicone coatings long term, including; over-spray, paints and foams, mildew, or dirt.

Our silicone Super Cool Roof coatings are virtually maintenance-free. You can check once a year to verify you are not having any issues where installed. If there has been a recent and major storm or if someone has recently walked over your Cool Roof surface for any reason, you should inspect it afterward to see if touch up repairs are needed.

2 years if unopened. Once the silicone buckets are opened and air is introduced to the silicone, it begins curing from the moisture in the air. Keep tightly sealed after each use, but try to use the remainder relatively quickly (within a few weeks) once the bucket’s original seals are first opened.

Store in temperatures below 120 degrees and above 30 degrees F. Moderate to cool, darker areas are ideal!
