Refund Policy

As professional commercial roofing contractors, we are confident in our Seal All Roof Kit and we stand behind our product’s success. That is why we offer a satisfaction guarantee with a refund if you are not happy with your roof kit.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from your purchase to return the product. You will receive a refund of your purchase price, minus shipping and a processing fee for each box. Keep in mind that this is 30 days from the purchase date on your receipt.

To return your kit, please call our customer service line at 1-844-548-7325, which is open Mondays through Fridays from 10am to 4pm Eastern Time. Our team will assist you with the approval and return number you will need in order to complete your return. You will then return the boxed kit with all the original products back to our warehouses to the following address:

Remember that your returned box must include all the items you originally received. When we receive your returned box, we will inspect the kit or products and if everything is in order, we will credit your original payment method with a full refund less the initial shipping and processing costs.
